Founded in 2018, James Development’s mission is to bring upscale growth to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
We represent the homeowner in all aspects of home construction from the beginning to the end; things such as meeting with architects, cities, all regulatory agencies required to build, and more. Our top priority is to give each homeowner one-on-one support through the building process, resulting in the delivery of a premium finished product and a happy homeowner.

With over 30 years of experience, Sean Anthony and James Development focus on custom home builds, commercial builds, and land development. Sean's years working in the building industry give him the expertise needed to provide a high-end quality result in a timely manner.
When not working with his clients on home-build projects, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and building memories. His dedication to his family comes across in his home builds - giving other families a custom home to share their forever memories.
